Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Final Sale Items: Customized jewelry and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned

How to Return an Item

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original packing slip or invoice
  4. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Special Note on Gold Watches

Due to the delicate nature of timepieces, all gold watches must be inspected upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Watches showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
