Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and certificates intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made gold jewelry items
- Gold watches that have been sized or adjusted
- Any item showing signs of wear or damage
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (our Washington headquarters)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please package the item securely in its original packaging and include all documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the item you wish to exchange for
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If less expensive, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
Your new item will be shipped via your original shipping method once we process your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
