Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and certificates intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made gold jewelry items
  • Gold watches that have been sized or adjusted
  • Any item showing signs of wear or damage

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (our Washington headquarters)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please package the item securely in its original packaging and include all documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange for
  3. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  4. If less expensive, you’ll receive a refund for the difference

Your new item will be shipped via your original shipping method once we process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
